To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity IPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed any fees paid by the user to Infinity IPC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
